default animation for tweened icons is a singular 'bounce'
default animation for frame by frame icons is a wiggle animation + partial animation (ears/blinking/etc.); animation concept compexity may cost additional if it is more than "two key poses"
parts of your character may be cut off as it is an icon, but I will try my best to fit as much of your character in it
extra movement is any part(s) of the body that requires more than one drawing (ex. hand goes from fist to peace sign)
simple backgrounds/graphics and blinking are free and optional (please specify if wanted)

all commission types may be subjected to character complexity fees, determined by me
backgrounds, extra objects, or scene complexity increases price
additional characters to the commission are +50% of base price
major edits will not be made after 1 week of the delivery of the finalized version
I will post/use some but not all commissions for examples, samples, etc. please let me know if you are uncomfortable with this

personal use only, specify if the commission is for commercial use beforehand
my prices are determined by the time and skill it takes me to complete the commission
no payment plans for commissions under $150, although I can do holds
if payment is in NFTs or crypto i will immediately cancel the commission and blacklist you
as the artist, I have the rights to use my work as examples and showcase them, although I understand if you wish for me not to use your commissioned work, then please let me know
refunds
75% refund after the sketch has been finalized
50% refund after the color has been finalized
no refunds after the shaded/animated stage
if I personally cancel a commission, I will fully refund
if a commission has not been completed 2 months after payment was received, feel free to request for more updates or a full refund
complicated commissions (ex. animation memes) are an exception to the above rule
process
to begin a commission, reach out to me with details; after a sketch has been finalized from your writing, full payment will be due
minor edits and changes can be made along the process
however, if a major edit is requested by the commissioner after 75% of the commission has been completed, I may not do it
if a major edit is required by my own mistake or misunderstanding, I will fix it
most commissions will be finished no more than 2 weeks after the sketch has been finalized, although it may occasionally take up to a month or more due to personal issues
I prioritize commissions in the order they were received, unless a hard deadline is specified where extra fees may be applied
I consistently update my art queue where you can check the status of your commission
